"Clear updates even when I was in a rush"
I had a good experience with reslat.com, mainly because they kept me updated without me having to keep asking. I was kind of rushing through everything at the time, so it really helped that their replies were straightforward and didn’t sound like some copied template.
They let me know what was happening along the way, which made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful. It’s a simple thing, but when you’re short on time, it makes a big difference. I’d use them again.

Surprised. The order showed up quicker than I expected, which was nice. The box had a small dent in it, but everything seemed fine inside. Nice.

"Waiting on Support Was Really Frustrating"
I ran into an issue on Reslat and figured I’d just reach out to support to get it sorted. Unfortunately, it took a few days before I heard anything back, and when I finally got a reply, it didn’t really solve the problem. The site itself might be fine, but my experience with customer service was frustrating. I just wish they were quicker and a bit more helpful when something goes wrong.

"Refund came through, just took a few days"
I returned my order and the refund did show up after a few days, so that part worked fine. Support got back to me too, not instantly or anything, but they did answer. I was checking my email a lot, then kind of forgot about it, and then the refund came through. Overall it was okay, just a little slower than I expected.

"It works, but I wasn’t blown away"
I’ve been using it for a bit now, mostly around the house and once while I was making coffee, and it does the job fine. Nothing has broken or acted weird, so that’s good. The only thing is the material feels kind of cheap in your hand, like lighter than I expected. Not terrible or anything, just not as nice as I hoped when I ordered it.

"Didn’t really feel trustworthy to me"
I wasn’t totally comfortable using this site. It was hard to find clear info, and some of the reviews just seemed a little off, if that makes sense. I personally wouldn’t risk paying through it because the whole thing felt kind of sketchy

"Works When It Wants To"
I was able to find what I needed eventually, but the site feels kind of clunky. The menus aren’t the smoothest, and it seems like it works when it wants to. Not terrible, just a bit frustrating to use.

"Order was right with no real issues"
Well... I got my order from reslat.com and everything was exactly what I picked out. The sizes, colors, and items were all correct, which was a relief. I did take a minute to go through everything just to be sure, but nothing was missing. I’m giving 4 stars because the updates could’ve been a little clearer, but the order itself was accurate

"Way too expensive for what it is"
I gave reslat.com a try, i just couldn’t see where the cost was justified. Is it awful? Not really. But for the price, shouldn’t you expect something that feels a lot more polished or useful? I was hoping for more value, and it didn’t really deliver. Unless they drop the price quite a bit, I don’t see myself paying for it again
